My week in pictures -San Fran!

Happy Sunday,
Okay...So technically this wasn't THIS week in pictures, but hey, I'm still super new at this. A week (or two) ago, Matt and I took a trip to San Fran :D Here's some of what our adventures looked like :)

Handmade neck pillows for the win, also dark under eye circles, because you know what? We all have them sometimes, namely because you stay up late making yourself an ultra cutesy neck pillow...
If your going to take an airport selfie, it might as well be an honest one ;p

Ready to go on a grand quest for free wifi!

Something I jotted down in OneNote shortly after taking this picture
"Woke up this morning with a mission. To finish up the comic page for this week and next, and most importantly find free WiFi. Walking around a new city by myself was a little more than intimidating to me. But, once my stomach gurgled loudly enough, I got up the courage to head out, to find food, caffeine and Internets.

I couldn't find the Starbucks Google maps had suggested, but happened upon a really cute little coffee house/bakery, and although WiFi was unsuccessful, at least I had a large caffeinated drink and some food. After sketching a little, and an awkward interaction with a stranger
"Are you an artist?"
"Kind of...?"
I realized Forever21 was just across the street, and I still hadn't found a Christmas present for my sister, I walked over, honestly feeling a little nervous that 1. I had no idea where I was. and 2. The weather was starting to look less than ideal for exploring. I popped into the store, did a quick look around, and then headed back the way I came. Standing at the crosswalk, I looked above the coffee shop I was in just minutes ago, the one I ducked into feeling so lost, so confused...WAS UNDER THE HOTEL! I walked in a giant circle…. Curse my internal GPS…."

Ding ding ding goes the trolley

Pumpkin curry <3 Holy Bananas it was amazing!

In the picture above in my sister's childhood best friend Izzie the mouse. Lily forgot to bring her along when she moved to California, So, Izzie did what any best friend would do, and went after her! I *cough cough* by making Izzie an instagram (her little mouse hands have a hard time hitting the keys) Check it out here. (full post about those shenanigans soon)

FINALLY! I missed her so much! Lily and Lance adventured all the way to San Fran to do dickens fair, but we had an extra two days before and after to just visit, which was so wonderful <3

Partying in front of the Biscoff store :)
All the street cars were so cute!
All dolled up and off to the dickens fair :D
What big teeth you have...
I am like 140% too excited to be meeting Santa in this picture.

TEA AND SCONES YOU GUYS!!

On Sunday, I was so excited that our little gaggle of hooligans was joined by Kiri for crepes, and Union Square exploring. I ate the Blitz crepe at HoneyHoney, seated next to people who can't have dairy. The taste of my guilt was masked by the deliciousness... (sorry ladies)

After we said our fairwells, Matt and I explored Chinatown, (and ate far too much food!) and before we knew it, it was time to head home.

I'm so happy that Matt and I got to experience so many fun things with so many spectacular people! The entire week flew by so quickly, but the pictures and memories will last forever. <3

Wishing you all a great week & very Happy Holidays
