Outdoorsy Adventure!

This past weekend was spend camping, with some friends, and celebrating my 

sweethearts birthday. (Happy Birthday Matt!) 

                                             Highlights 

• Seven people crammed in a tent playing Apples to Apples hiding from the very sudden rainstorm on night one. pirates and vampires always win. 

• The invention of "Oreo Smores" It's seriously exactly what it sounds like. Roasted marshmellow inside a Oreo.  So bad, yet so so good. 

• Wearing both a giant red bow AND a headlamp. If i had a picture, I believe me I would post it! I felt like one of snow white's seven dwarfs. 

• Waking up to a pair of soaked shoes, and attempting early morning yoga with a set of grocery bags on my feet, Whilst listening to Marina & the diamonds <3

• Canoeing for the first time!! I wanted to sing "just around the riverbend" the during the entire adventure.  

• Campfire Cupcakes <3 I'll do a whole post about these soon. So good! 

• Finding a video of generic bear noises on my phone, and playing them full blast outside of someone else in our groups tent. we didn't succeed in fooling them, but gosh it was funny!

• Drinking french press coffee in the middle of the wilderness. <3

Camping is one of those things that I feel everyone I talk to either loves or hates!

Which side of the coin are you on? Personaly, I think it can be a lot of fun, especially
with the right group of friends.
