My top five caffeine free drinks!


Enjoying some coffee in the cold weather!

I've noticed a lot of people have been doing caffeine free weeks as of lately. 
To either detox, or too make sure their addiction to coffee doesn't get too out of
hand. Caffeine is also a huge source for making your cramps a million times
worse during that time of the month. 

So whatever the reason may be, If you're one of those people who
needs a cup of something hot in the morning to wake up like me. Here's
my top five list of *caffeine free drinks! 


  • Herbal Teas- Ginger is wonderful for cramps or any other stomach issues! Other flavors to try are lemongrass, peppermint, or citrus. 


  • Bengal Spice Tea- This tea is one of my husbands favorites. It's dark with a great spicey flavor. You can drink it with honey, or even cream. It's tastes like it should have caffeine in it too. (but it doesn't) Trick that mindbox!


  • Hot Chocolate- Seriously, what beats a cup of hot chocolate? You're drinking liquid chocolate. It's kind of the best idea ever. Oh and if you want a history lesson check out this article on the history of hot chocolate. Cool right?! 

  • Hot Apple Cider- Okay, this one is more of a fall favorite, But still hits the spot at any time of year. 

  • When in doubt decaf out?- Sometimes you just need to go there. And if you do, I recommend drinking a cup of Gevalia. Not only are their ads amazing, but the coffee is great! When drinking their decaf. I actually felt like I was drinking real coffee. Crazy huh?

you're drinking, or ask your doctor. :)
