Easy Shrimp Taco Salad

You will need
Mini Shrimp- I used pre-cooked frozen shrimp 
Black Beans -about half a can 
Shredded Romaine (or the lettuce of your choice)
Taco seasoning - a teaspoon or so  
Chopped green and red peppers. 
Shredded taco cheese


  • Heat your peppers, shrimp, and black beans on a covered frying pan, simmering in a little bit of olive oil and taco seasoning. 

  • While your to toppings are sizzling in the frying pan, get your salad bowls ready! Mix up your cheese and lettuce shreds, and set them aside. 

  • Once toppings are cooked to perfection, pour them into the middle of your salad bowls.  

And boom! That's it! You're done. Fast, Easy, and Amazing <3
